The Stanford Asian Pacific American Alumni Club (SAPAAC) is helping to kick off this year’s San Francisco International Asian American Film Festival with the honor of co-presenting the world premiere of WHITE FROG. This highly anticipated film is co-written by Ellie Wen ('09) and her mother Fabienne Wen, and executive produced by Tony-award winner David Henry Hwang ('79). Join SAPAAC in a special celebration of Asian American film and art, and support fellow Stanford alums at this exciting screening and gala reception! This is a not-to-be-missed event!

Special Q&A with filmmakers following screening; gala reception at the Asian Art Museum features tasty treats and drinks, and includes access to the current "Maharaja: The Splendor of India's Royal Courts" exhibit.

WHITE FROG is a coming-of-age story about a 14-year old Asian-American boy with Asperger's and it stars Booboo Stewart (Twilight Saga), Joan Chen (Saving Face, Lust, Caution), BD Wong (Law & Order SVU), and Harry Shum Jr. (Glee).
