Stephen Sano, Stanford professor of music and the Harold C. Schmidt Director of Choral Studies, presents an informal lecture and demonstration about the history and style of ki ho'alu, or Hawaiian slack key guitar. Wine, hors d'oevres, and dessert will be served. Don't miss his event with the Stanford Chorale the next night at Plymouth Church. See details below.
